Its not about touching your toes, or learning how to do a handstand… ,its about your journey to find inner peace, to learn how to deal with your ego mind and all the troubles and fear that comes with it. In order to find your freedom and discovering who we are, our bodies need to also be open and strong. There is nothing that comes to the mind that the body doesn’t feel. Yoga is for everyone, the reason why you practice is your own, the way you do it is your own, and the shaken and awaken that your soul receives needs to come from within you. If you do with intention, dedication and awareness, you will find what was inside you all along.
